摘要

目的 随着老年群体数字素养提升,适老化数智家居市场规模已达1 500亿,但现有老年智能灯具存在“感官代偿”倾向,重安全功能、轻情感需求,重健康检测、轻认知支持,未能充分响应老年群体的主体互动需求。方法 通过焦点小组讨论与深度访谈收集数据,提炼老年群体照明需求优先级。基于SOR刺激理论模型(Stimulus-Organism-Response)思辨分析老年用户在使用智能灯具产品中缺失的过程性环节,提供“互动性”视角解读老年用户生活史,将个体经验嵌入产品设计路径,揭示光环境刺激对老年人生理、行为、情感的多维影响机制,分析“体质-物质”“体感-交互”“体验-服务”智能灯具设计要素网络,指导老年智能灯具的产品实践。结果 研究揭示,老年智能灯具设计应从人因体验视角出发,聚焦感知可用性、情感可塑性、健康可视化、数字可达性等要素,有助于降低居家事故率、提升情绪福祉,实现由被动照明到情感守护的转变,提供以“身体”为价值观测的模块化适老智能灯具设计。结论 本研究有助于提升“银发经济”中家居产品的使用水平,有效弥合老年群体的数字鸿沟,增强其技术获得感,为适老灯具的开发与创新提供策略参考。

Abstract

With the improvement of digital literacy among the elderly population, the market size of age-friendly smart home furnishings has reached RMB 150 billion yuan. However, existing smart lighting products for the elderly tend to focus on "sensory compensation", prioritizing safety functions over emotional needs, and health monitoring over cognitive support, thus failing to adequately meet the demands of the elderly for subjective interaction. Data were collected through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews to prioritize the demands of the elderly for lighting products. Based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theoretical model, a critical analysis was conducted on the missing procedural links in elderly users' experience with smart lighting products, interpreting the life histories of elderly users from an interactivity perspective, integrating individual experiences into product design pathways, and revealing the multi-dimensional influence mechanisms of light environment stimuli on the physiology, behavior, and emotions of the elderly. Additionally, the design element network of smart lighting products consisting of physique-material, somatosensory-interaction, and experience-service dimensions was analyzed to provide guidance for the practical development of smart lighting products for the elderly. The findings revealed that the design of smart lighting products for the elderly should proceed from a human factors and experience perspective, focusing on such core elements as perceptual usability, emotional adaptability, health visualization and digital accessibility. This design helped reduce the incidence of home accidents, enhance emotional well-being, realize the transformation from passive lighting to emotional care, and deliver a modular age-friendly smart lighting design centered on the concept of "body-centricity" as its value orientation. This study helps improve the utility of home furnishing products in the "silver economy", effectively bridge the digital divide among the elderly population, enhance their sense of technological acquisition, and provide strategic references for the development and innovation of age-friendly lighting products.
