摘要

目的为实现老年人健康问题早发现、早诊断,实现主动健康,从提高健康认知,优化用户体验出发,构建行为引导设计策略,旨在促进老年人主动定期健康体检。方法引入社会认知理论三元交互模型,融入用户体验构建四元交互扩展模型;运用POEIMTS观察框架非参与式记录老人健康体检流程,结合深入访谈法得出老年人主动健康体检行为影响因素,根据四元交互模型与观察访谈结果构建老年人主动健康体检行为引导设计策略并进行设计实践。结果基于老年人主动健康体检行为引导设计策略及用户需求,设计APP和健康体检设备,引导老年人主动健康体检行为。结论基于社会认知理论的四元交互扩展模型可以有效指导老年人主动健康体检行为引导设计策略构建,为老年人形成定期健康体检行为习惯提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

To achieve early detection and diagnosis of health issues in the elderly and to promote proactive health, the work aims to construct behavior-guiding design strategies from the perspective of triggering health awareness and enhancing user experience, so as to encourage elderly individuals to actively undergo regular health checkups. The triadic interaction model of social cognitive theory was introduced and a quadripartite interaction extension model was constructed by integrating user experience. The POEIMTS observational framework was adopted for the non-participatory recording of the health checkup process of the elderly, and through in-depth interviews, the influencing factors of proactive health checkup behaviors in the elderly were identified. Based on the quadripartite interaction model and the results from observations and interviews, the design strategies for guiding proactive health checkup behaviors in the elderly were constructed and the design practices were carried out. Based on the design strategies for guiding proactive health checkup behaviors in the elderly, APPs and health checkup devices were designed to encourage elderly individuals to actively engage in health checkups. The quadripartite interaction extension model based on social cognitive theory can effectively guide the construction of design strategies for promoting proactive health checkup behaviors in the elderly, providing references and insights for establishing regular health checkup habits among the elderly.
