摘要

目的 为了提高老年人使用车载信息系统的认知可靠性,设计符合用户认知需求的适老化车载信息系统。方法 提出基于CREAM(认知可靠性与失误分析方法)和FCE(模糊综合评价)的适老化车载信息系统交互设计方法。首先,确定通用性能条件,进行层次任务分析,构建认知需求模型,获取认知失效概率的基本值,分析通用性能条件的评价因素,运用模糊综合评价法得到评价矩阵,分析通用性能条件水平;其次,计算通用性能条件和老年人内在因素对认知功能失效的影响权重,结合认知失效概率的基本值,计算老年人使用车载信息系统的认知失效概率,探究人因差错发生的根本原因,制定优化策略并进行设计改良;最后,通过A/B测试验证改良效果。结果 分析老年人使用车载导航功能的认知可靠性,显著地降低了老年人与车载信息系统交互的认知失效概率。结论 该方法能够系统地探究老年驾驶员使用车载信息系统的认知需求,有效地获取人机交互过程中产生人因差错的原因,为设计师提供适老化车载信息系统的改良依据。

Abstract

The work aims to improve the cognitive reliability of the elderly when interacting with in-vehicle information systems (IVIS) and to design elderly-friendly systems that meet their cognitive demands. A research method based on the cognitive reliability and error analysis method (CREAM) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) was proposed for interaction design of elderly-friendly IVIS. First, common performance conditions (CPC) were identified, and a hierarchical task analysis was conducted. A cognitive demands model was constructed to obtain basic values for cognitive failure probability. Next, the evaluation factors of CPC were analyzed, and the evaluation matrix was obtained by applying the FCE method to get the CPC levels. Then, the influence weights of CPC and human intrinsic factors (HIF) of the elderly on cognitive function failures were calculated and combined with the basic values of the cognitive failure probability. Subsequently, the root causes of human errors were explored, and optimization strategies were proposed for system redesign. Finally, the effectiveness of the improvements was validated by A/B testing. The proposed method was applied to analyze the cognitive reliability of the elderly when using in-vehicle navigation. The result demonstrated that this method significantly reduced the cognitive failure probabilities during interactions with the IVIS. This method systematically explores the cognitive demands of elderly drivers using IVIS and effectively identifies the causes of human errors in human-machine interaction. It provides a solid foundation for designers to improve and develop elderly-friendly IVIS.
