摘要

目的 解决博物馆数字盲盒设计的Z世代用户需求识别不精准、功能优先级判定缺乏理论依据等具体问题,系统解决其设计过程中缺乏数据支撑等关键技术难题。方法 结合用户访谈、用户旅程图与文献分析的方法,建立功能、文化、情感和社会4个维度需求框架,依据Kano-Better Worse组合模型的分类原理,重点解决传统需求研究中的维度单一问题。结果 确定Z世代需求优先级排序。以天津博物馆数字盲盒APP设计实践为例,提出针对性的设计流程,结论 构建“功能-文化-情感-社会”四维需求模型,提出关键体验阶段流程和平台核心特色流程,通过设计验证,得出该模型能显著提升设计效能,优化用户体验,有效推动文化遗产的现代转化与传播。

Abstract

The work aims to address specific issues such as inaccurate identification of Z-generation user needs and lack of theoretical basis for functional priority determination in museum digital blind box design, as well as key technical challenges such as system optimization and lack of data support. By combining user interviews, user journey diagrams, and literature analysis, a four-dimensional framework of functional, cultural, emotional, and social needs was established. Based on the classification principle of the Kano-Better Worse combination model, the focus was placed on solving the problem of single dimensionality in traditional need research. The priority ranking of Z-generation user needs was determined. With the design practice of Tianjin Museum's digital blind box APP as an example, a targeted design process was proposed. A four-dimensional need model of "function-culture-emotion-society" is constructed. Key experience stage processes and platform core characteristic processes are proposed. Through design verification, it is concluded that this model can significantly improve design efficiency, optimize user experience, and effectively promote the modern transformation and dissemination of cultural heritage.
