摘要

目的 为解决用户参与装饰图案设计时专业度不足,以及满足其个性化审美偏好的问题,提出一种基于改进式的交互式遗传算法(IGA)的设计方法。方法 将层次分析法(AHP)与IGA相结合,基于设计专家评估的指标与权重,优化种群迭代适应度函数,提升设计评估与算法迭代的专业性,完善设计专家与用户协同设计的工作流程。用户对设计方案评分,算法据此完成进化,生成兼具个性化审美偏好与专业性的设计方案。结果 以陕西剪纸装饰图案设计为例,验证基于剪纸特征纹样的批量装饰图案设计方案生成的可行性,该方法兼顾装饰图案设计专业性与用户个性化审美偏好要求。结论 实验结果表明,该方法能在保证设计专业性的基础上有效提高用户参与度,生成符合个性化需求的专业设计方案,并在收敛速度和设计效果上优于传统IGA。

Abstract

The work aims to propose a design method based on improved interactive genetic algorithm (IGA) to solve the problem of insufficient professionalism and difficulty in satisfying users' personalized aesthetic preferences when participating in the design of decorative patterns. Based on the indicators and weights of design expert evaluation, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was combined with IGA to optimize the population iterative fitness function, improve the professionalism of design evaluation and algorithm iteration, and improve the workflow of collaborative design between design experts and users. After the user scored the design plan, and the algorithm evolved accordingly to generate a design plan that combined personalized aesthetic preferences and professionalism. With Shaanxi paper-cut decorative pattern design as an example, the feasibility of generating a batch decorative pattern design scheme based on paper-cut characteristic patterns was verified, and the method took into account the professionalism of decorative pattern design and the user's personalized aesthetic preference requirements. Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve user participation on the basis of ensuring the professionalism of the design, generate a professional design scheme that meets the personalized needs, and is better than the traditional IGA in terms of convergence speed and effect.
