摘要

目的 为更好满足老年用户使用数字阅读App满意度及提高阅读体验,在情境感知理论驱动下构建出一种适老化数字阅读App界面设计路径。方法 首先,在情境感知理论下使用多种渠道调研方式挖掘出适老化阅读App界面设计需求要素;其次,采用模糊kano(Fkano)对用户需求进行属性划分,并基于层次分析法(AHP)对各属性下需求进行权重计算,以识别关键用户需求,根据分析展开适老化数字阅读App界面方案设计;最后,应用理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对各设计方案进行客观决策评估以明确最佳方案,并对其进行优化设计。结果 表明在情境感知驱动下集成FKano-AHP-TOPSIS的适老化数字阅读App界面设计方法可提高用户使用满意度。结论 可见该方法可为同类适老化数字产品界面设计研发提供参考,也可为同类适老化界面设计相关研究提供学术范式。

Abstract

The work aims to construct an age-friendly digital reading App interface design approach driven by the context awareness theory to enhance the satisfaction and reading experience of elderly users. Firstly, various channels of research were employed under the context awareness theory to excavate the elements of age-friendly digital reading App interface design. Next, fuzzy kano (FKano) was utilized to classify user demands into attributes, and the weights of the demands under each attribute were calculated according to the hierarchical analysis method (AHP), in order to recognize the essential user demands, as well as to conduct the design of the age-friendly digital reading App interface scheme based on the analysis. Ultimately, the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) was applied to objectively evaluate the design schemes to determine the optimal scheme and optimize the design. The results demonstrated that the age-friendly digital reading App interface design method integrating FKano-AHP-TOPSIS driven by the context awareness improved user satisfaction. It is evident that the proposed method provides a reference for the research and development of the interface design of similar age-friendly digital products, as well as an academic paradigm for the research related to the design of such age-friendly interfaces.
