目的 针对我国老龄化进程加快背景下独居老人安全与心理健康问题日益突出的现状,旨在探索基于情境感知理论的智能照护系统设计方法,聚焦于独居老人居家安全保障与情感关怀两大核心诉求,以优化系统整体照护服务效能。方法 通过用户生活行为调研与情境建模,构建涵盖生理监测、环境识别与行为分析的多维感知模型,结合人工智能与物联网技术,建立“感知-识别-响应”系统框架,实现居家环境中异常行为(如跌倒、久卧、夜间异常活动)的实时识别与反馈。从产品设计学视角出发,系统分析交互逻辑、信息可视化界面及模块化结构的设计路径并提出系统整合的实现策略。结果 形成了一套以数据感知为核心的智能照护系统设计方案,搭建适配多场景的应用体系,同时覆盖独居老人安全监测与情感陪伴核心需求。结论 基于情境感知的智能照护系统可实现对独居老人生活状态的持续守护与心理关怀,为居家康养产品的智能化设计提供了可推广的理论框架与实践参考。
Abstract
The work aims to propose a design methodology for a context-aware intelligent care system that focuses on two interrelated objectives, domestic safety assurance and emotional support, so as to enhance the overall efficacy of continuous care provision, to deal with the increasingly prominent safety and mental health issues of the elderly living alone under the accelerating aging process in China. Based on user-behavior field studies and contextual scenario modeling, a multi-dimensional sensing model that integrated physiological monitoring, ambient-environment recognition, and activity analysis was constructed. By combining artificial-intelligence algorithms with Internet-of-Things infrastructure, a "sense-recognize-respond" system framework that enabled real-time detection and feedback of anomalous behaviors (such as falls, prolonged bed rest, and nocturnal aberrant activities in home settings) was established. From a product-design perspective, the interaction logic, information-visualization interfaces, and modular architecture were systematically analyzed, and an implementation strategy for end-to-end system integration was proposed. This study delivered a data-centric intelligent care system design scheme that built a multi-scenario application architecture, simultaneously addressing the core needs of safety monitoring and emotional companionship for the elderly living alone. In conclusion, the context-aware intelligent care system can provide continuous protection and psychological support for the elderly living alone, offering a theoretical framework and practical reference for the intelligent design of home-based healthcare products.
