目的 在旅游业与非遗深度融合的时代背景下,民族非遗主题旅游市场需求激增,游客在壮族“三月三”节日中的情感体验存在显著提升空间。方法 基于文本情感计算,运用LDA主题模型与RostCM6软件对游客节日体验的文本数据进行情感倾向量化与主题语义挖掘,并引入Kano模型对关键体验要素进行优先排序并筛选,构建文化体验设计框架。结果 提出“场景重构-情感锚定-技术赋能”三元模型,实现非遗基因的现代数字化转译,设计研发可视化、交互性的民族节庆辅助体验系统设计。结论 验证了文本情感计算在非遗活化中的应用可行性,为民族文化旅游体验设计提供了可复用的理论范式与实践路径,对推动非遗创新性发展具有重要学术价值与现实意义。
Abstract
Against the backdrop of the deep integration of tourism and intangible cultural heritage (ICH), the market demand for ethnic ICH-themed tourism has surged, while tourists' emotional experiences during the Zhuang people's "San Yue San" festival still have significant room for improvement. Based on text sentiment calculation theory, the LDA topic model and the software RostCM6 were employed to conduct quantitative analysis, sentiment tendency quantification, and topic semantic mining of textual data on tourists' festival experiences and the Kano model was introduced to prioritize and screen key experience elements, thereby constructing a cultural experience design framework. A "trinity model" of scene reconstruction-emotion anchoring-technology empowerment" was constructed to achieve modern digital translation of ICH genes, and develop a visualized and interactive auxiliary experience system for ethnic festivals. The work verifies the feasibility of applying text sentiment calculation in ICH activation, providing a reusable theoretical paradigm and practical path for ethnic cultural tourism experience design and holds important academic value and practical significance for promoting the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage.
