摘要

目的 旨在探讨在小批量定制与大数据驱动的个性化消费经济范式兴起的背景下,生态美学的理论实践路径。研究重点聚焦于数字技术工艺与自然形态审美的深度融合,提出仿生形态的家居产品数字化设计新路径。方法 为验证该设计路径的可行性,研究通过正向设计整合与创新数字模型,结合逆向工程获取自然形态的三维数据并应用增材制造技术实现小批量生产。研究使用了通用的三维扫描、建模与打印技术,构建了具有广泛推广潜力的新模式。结果 实践试验表明,该设计路径能够有效优化资源配置并通过个性化定制生产方案提升设计的精度和效率。结论 基于数字技术的仿生形态设计路径为小批量定制生产提供了创新性方案,推动了生态美学与数字技术的深度融合。

Abstract

The work aims to explore the theoretical and practical path of ecological aesthetics in the context of the rise of small-batch customization and a big data-driven personalized consumption economy. Focusing on the deep integration of digital technological processes with the aesthetics of natural forms, a new digital design approach for biomimetic home products is proposed. To verify the feasibility of this design approach, the forward design was integrated with innovative digital modeling to acquire three-dimensional data of natural forms combined with reverse engineering and the additive manufacturing technology was adopted for small-batch production. Commonly used 3D scanning, modeling, and printing technologies were employed to establish a new model with broad potential for promotion. Experimental practice demonstrated that this design approach could effectively optimize resource allocation and enhance the precision and efficiency of design through personalized customized production. The biomimetic design approach based on digital technologies provides an innovative solution for small-batch customized production, promoting the deep integration of ecological aesthetics with digital technology.
