目的 针对智能家居领域技术导向与用户场景脱节的设计痛点,将场景理论与产品服务系统方法耦合,探索基于场景理论的食物存储管理产品服务系统设计方法和路径,提升用户食物存储与饮食健康管理体验,拓展了信息背景下人-机-环境融合设计的方法路径。方法 以场景理论为指导,构建“客观场景需求分析-目标场景功能转化-实际场景设计实践”的阶段性设计流程,定义用户角色模型,构建场景矩阵,分析设计需求和功能模块并基于AHP层次分析法进行功能模块权重排序。结果 搭建产品服务系统功能框架,完成居家场景中以智能移动冰箱为核心的食物存储管理系统设计方案,依托设备终端和交互终端实现从“单点存储”到“全域健康管理”的设计转型。结论 研究为智能居家场景食物存储管理提供了创新解决方案并通过结构化的分析与可迁移的设计流程,提升场景理论指导复杂产品服务系统设计的科学性与设计产出价值。
Abstract
In response to the design pain point of the disconnect between technology orientation and user scenarios in the field of smart home, the work aims to couple the scenario theory with product service system methods to explore the design method and path of food storage management product service system based on scenario theory, to improve the user experience of food storage and dietary health management, and expand the method path of human-machine-environment integration design in the information background. Guided by scenario theory, a phased design process of "objective scenario requirement analysis-target scenario function transformation-actual scenario design practice" was constructed. User role models were defined, scenario matrices were constructed, design requirements and functional modules were analyzed, and functional module weights were ranked based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). A functional framework for the product service system was built, completing the design scheme of a food storage management system with intelligent mobile refrigerators as the core in home scenarios. Relying on device terminals and interactive terminals, the design transformation from "single point storage" to "global health management" was achieved. The research provides innovative solutions for food storage management in smart home scenarios, and enhances the scientificity and design output value of scenario theory in guiding the design of complex product service systems through structured analysis and transferable design processes.
