摘要

目的 运用Kano分析模型与升级再造理论,设计出契合社区用户需求与户外使用场景的种植产品。方法 以升级再造理论中三个显性价值层面为分类依据,通过实地调研识别原始种植策略并以半结构访谈的形式转译用户需求。设计并发放Kano问卷,结合量化分析,明确各项需求属性类别,运用Better-Worse四象限散点图对功能进行优先级排序。结果 以Kano模型析出的10项需求要素为社区种植产品设计目标,结合升级再造理论于社区应用中资源获取与制作模式的视角转变,最终指导种植产品的原型设计与升级工具手册的开发并通过设计评估验证其可行性与优化方向。结论 本研究验证了通过整合Kano模型与升级再造理论,将用户潜在需求量化并应用于社区层级产品开发的可行性。通过以产品使用终端的社区为实践地点,将社区废弃资源转化,择取低技术工艺,开发出支持用户维护更迭的设计模式,为升级再造从企业主导创新转向社区资源重构提供了一个可持续的设计路径。

Abstract

The work aims to integrate the Kano model with upcycling theory to design planting products that align with community user needs and outdoor usage scenarios. Based on the three explicit value dimensions of upcycling theory, original planting strategies were identified through field research. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to translate user needs, followed by the design and distribution of a Kano questionnaire. Quantitative analysis was used to classify the attributes of each need, and the Better-Worse quadrant scatter plot was employed to prioritize product functions. Ten key demand elements identified through the Kano model were established as design objectives for community planting products. The perspective shift introduced by upcycling theory regarding resource acquisition and production modes in community applications was combined to guide the prototype development of planting products and the creation of an upcycling tools manual. The feasibility and potential optimization of the design were verified through evaluation. This research confirms the feasibility of integrating the Kano model with upcycling theory to quantify latent user needs and apply them in the development of community-level products. By using communities as the site of application and transforming local waste resources through low-tech fabrication, a design approach that supports user-driven maintenance and iteration is developed. This provides a sustainable path for shifting upcycling innovation from enterprise-led initiatives toward community-based resource reconfiguration.
