摘要

目的 针对老年人出行中的安全隐患与孤独问题,设计一款集安全辅助与多模态情感交互于一体的智能拐杖。方法 通过文献分析与实地观察梳理智能拐杖的功能需求,运用KANO问卷及Better-Worse系数进行需求属性分类与优先级排序,融合唐纳德·诺曼(Donald·Norman)情感化设计理论,建立需求属性与设计层次的映射关系。构建“研究基础-前期调研与数据分析-策略构建-设计实践”的设计研究框架。结果 完成一款集视觉、听觉、触觉于一体的多模态智能拐杖形态设计。结论 融合情感化设计理论与KANO模型可有效指导适老化产品设计。相较于单一模态或纯功能型设计,多模态情感交互能更自然地融入老年人的出行场景,为同类产品提供可操作方法。

Abstract

The work aims to design a smart cane that integrates safety assistance with multimodal emotional interaction to address safety hazards and loneliness among the elderly when going out. Through literature analysis and field observation, the functional needs for smart canes were identified. The KANO questionnaire and Better-Worse coefficient were used to classify need attributes and prioritize them. Donald A. Norman's emotional design theory was then incorporated to establish a mapping between need attributes and design levels, followed by a design research framework of "research foundation-preliminary research and data analysis-strategy development-design practice". As a result, a multimodal smart cane incorporating visual, auditory, and tactile feedback was developed. The integration of the emotional design theory and the KANO model effectively guides elderly-friendly product design. Compared with single-modal or purely functional designs, multimodal emotional interaction fits more naturally into the elderly's out-and-about scenarios, providing a practical method for similar products.
