目的 立足老年群体的生理机能特征与心理情感需求,探究榫卯结构在模块化智能积木中的应用设计方法。方法 梳理当前模块化智能积木在老年人使用层面的设计现状,在分析榫卯结构的基本类型、力学表现,以及文化内涵的基础之上,评估其与老年群体操作习惯之间的匹配程度,提出基础连接型、智能传导型和辅助交互型三条实现路径。对改良型榫卯结构进行30次重复力学实验并以132名老年用户为样本开展满意度问卷调查。结果 优化后的榫卯结构能够有效降低老年人的操作难度。同时,通过清晰直观的多模态反馈来增强引导效果,从而提升产品的易用性与认知友好性。结论 本研究既为传统榫卯在现代产品设计中的创新应用提供了参考,又为老年智能产品的设计带来新的启发。
Abstract
The work aims to explore application-oriented design methods for incorporating mortise-and-tenon structures into modular smart building blocks, grounded in the physiological functional characteristics and psycho-emotional needs of older adults. This study reviewed the current design status of modular smart building blocks in relation to older users. On the basis of analyzing the basic types, mechanical performance, and cultural connotations of mortise-and-tenon structures, it evaluated their compatibility with the operational habits of older adults and proposed three implementation pathways: basic connection, intelligent transmission, and assisted interaction. In addition, 30 repeated mechanical tests were conducted on the improved mortise-and-tenon structures, and a satisfaction questionnaire survey was carried out with 132 older users as the sample. Results showed that the optimized mortise-and-tenon structures effectively reduced operational difficulty for older adults. At the same time, they enhanced guidance through clear and intuitive multimodal feedback, thereby improving product usability and cognitive friendliness. In conclusion, this study provides a reference for the innovative application of traditional mortise-and-tenon structures in modern product design and offers new insights for the design of smart products for older adults.
