This paper aims to explore the ways of integrating traditional patterns from concept to method in cultural and creative product design. In order to promote the steady development of China’s cultural and creative products market, from the perspective of combining tradition and fashion, the interpretation of more rich and unique aesthetic characteristics has become the research focus of cultural and creative products design. Deep micro articles from a macro perspective, the connection between cultural and creative products and traditional patterns were analyzed, and then the significance of integrating traditional patterns with cultural and creative products were discussed, the design principles and specific directions were summarized, and then the integration of folklore, context and fashion were explored, and specific application paths were organized. Traditional pattern are outstanding in cultural, social, aesthetic, artistic, etc, and their deep integration with cultural and creative product design can form a dual care of artistic aesthetics and realistic value for the product, so that its external form and internal implication can be sublimated in different degrees, thus revealing the charm of the design to the full.
