Abstract
Ethic and folk traditional handcraft culture of in the Wuxi Watershed, which originated in the agricultural era, is a treasure trove of knowledge of Wuxi that integrates religious beliefs, material production, myths and legends, art history, art and philosophy. Through the analysis of the correlation between the folk creation wisdom and human needs in the Wuxi Watershed, its profound ideological accumulation and extensive cultural identity are sorted and promoted. On the theoretical basis of the philosophy of life and the self-consciousness of endogenousness and introducing the folk traditional art and handicraft creation culture of Wuxi Watershed, the path of applying the wisdom of folk traditional handicrafts creation in Wuxi Watershed into the design of contemporary cultural and creative products is constructed.Integrate into the contemporary cultural diversity knowledge system and stimulate the spiritual vitality of traditional handicraft culture, adapt traditional ethnic and folk art to modern applications and aesthetic needs so as to create the higher- value cultural and creative products, contribute to the revival of traditional crafts, and realize the digitization, modernization, commercialization and industrialization of ethnic and folk culture and art.
