Based on CIS theory, this paper aims to provide a new perspective for the construction of military equipment culture, summarize the value significance of introducing CIS theory into equipment culture construction, and try to put forward the practical ideas of equipment culture construction from the perspectives of value concept, institutional code of conduct, visual design and dissemination. By summarizing the necessity of the construction of military equipment culture, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction and dissemination of military equipment culture from the perspective of CIS Theory. On the basis of summarizing the value significance of the introduction of CIS Theory into the construction of military equipment culture, this paper summarizes the specific practical ideas of the construction of military equipment culture from the three levels of Mind Identity, Behavior Identity and Visual Identity.The construction of military equipment culture in the new era needs to go deep into the officers and soldiers and the public, using the mind identity in the CIS to highlight the core connotation of equipment culture with Chinese characteristics, the construction of behavior identity guidance system, behavior norms and visual identity to promote image deepening and cultural communication, so that the cultural concepts and ideological values contained in military equipment construction can be deeply rooted in the hearts of officers and soldiers and the public. It is conducive to the formation of emotional and cultural identity and provides a strong ideological guarantee for the development of China's military equipment.
