Optimization Design of Elderly APP User Experience Based on Logistic Regression

Abstract

In order to improve the user experience level of mobile APP for the elderly. A research method based on Logistic Regression for the optimization design of the user experience of the elderly APP is proposed. Firstly, determine the design mode of APP through literature research and focus group method, and select the appropriate orthogonal table to determine the combination of design modes; Secondly, build a user experience evaluation system based on behavioral experience, perceptual experience, and emotional experience, and invite participants to perform representative tasks on the test samples, conduct evaluation studies on user experience, and collect test data;Then, use Ordinal Logistic Regression to establish the relationship model between APP design mode and user experience, and determine the best design plan of APP; Finally, the A/B test is used to verify the obtained test results. Taking the mobile medical APP for the elderly as an example, the result shows that the proposed method can effectively optimize the user experience of the elderly APP, which helps designers understand the preferences of elderly users and design an APP suitable for the elderly.
