Abstract

In order to solve the problem of the relevance between cultural heritage design and traditional object design, this paper puts forward a design method that addresses the correlation between traditional artifacts and design factors from the perspective of the relevance of the connotation of cultural relics to the design object. This paper analyzes the application research ideas of traditional utensil pattern extraction and redesign. Firstly, based on the style image of cultural relics, the evaluation index of the style image are clarified and used as a reference sequence. According to the CGM (Conceptual Generative Model) model, the design factors are transformed, and a hierarchical expression model of primary primitives, secondary primitives, and sub-patterns is constructed. The correlation analysis between the design factors and the cultural relics is carried out by the grey correlation analysis method, the correlation degree between each design factor and the original material is calculated by Matlab, and the important analysis of each design factor is carried out according to the order of the correlation degree, so as to obtain a batch of existing design factors that conform to modern aesthetics and inherit the characteristics of traditional cultural relics. Finally, the design factors are applied to a suitable product carrier according to the temperament of the pattern. Taking the Qing Kangxi Doucai Yingluowen Ben Pakistan Kettle as an example, it verifies the relevance between design factors and cultural relics, as well as the bidirectional reasoning between innovative graphics and traditional cultural relics. It realizes the inheritance and innovation of traditional patterns and meets the modern aesthetic needs to a certain extent.
