Abstract
This paperintegrates shadow puppet art with modern game products to attract more young people's attention to shadow puppet art, enhance the heritage and activity of shadow puppet art, and strengthen the cultural connotation of modern game product design. With game products as the carrier of the lively inheritance and flow of shadow puppet art, the user needs and design elements of shadow puppet game products are extracted, analyzed, transformed and revised through user research; This paper introduces Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct a model of decision-making target scheme, and uses mathematical formulas to calculate and evaluate the weight coefficient of each design element to determine the design element target, and obtains an innovative design scheme for shadow puppet game products; Finally, a seven-point scale and NPS (Net Promoter Score) scores are used to verify the scientificity and effectiveness of the design method. The application of the AHP method avoids the subjective one-sidedness when extracting user needs, and clarifies the design elements and design goals for the shadow play product design. Taking the design of desktop small shadow puppet game products as an example, the AHP method is applied to the design combining traditional shadow puppet art and modern game products, which verifies the applicability of the design method and provides a certain reference for the design research of similar products.
