User Experience Improvement Path of Art Trading APP in the 5G Era

Abstract

Since 2013, the number of art trading apps has grown rapidly, but the overall development is extremely uneven. The development of 5G technology provides a good opportunity for the improvement of its user experience. The paper aims to clarify the pain points and user needs of art trading app and explore the opportunities to improve user experience based on the background of 5G era, which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the benign development of art trading app. Based on the comprehensive results of customer satisfaction survey and in-depth interview, the opportunity points, strategies and directions of improving the user experience of art trading app are summarized by literature research, network investigation and in-depth interview. Art trading app users have unsatisfied needs in function experience, environment experience and emotional experience. Designers should adhere to the optimization design strategy of high efficiency, emotionalization and personalization to provide users with simple and efficient function operation, personalized interface and service, and intelligent human-computer interaction, so as to continuously optimize the design of art trading app and put forward suggestions.
