Abstract

The paper aims to create practical and interesting office storage products for users and provide targeted suggestions for the design of modular office storage products through the study of modular office storage products in the office space, with starting from the needs of users, to make the modular office storage products more in line with user expectations and market demand.On the basis of preliminary investigation, fuzzy Kano model is established to classify user needs according to five different attributes, and Better-Worse coefficient is calculated to rank different types of demand attributes. Then the effective data is introduced into the modular design method to put forward the corresponding solution for the functional module division and construction of modular office storage product design. It is found that users have a strong demand for flexibility and interestingness of modular office storage products, and they also hope to increase practical functions.Applying the fuzzy Kano model to the design of modular office storage products can effectively improve user satisfaction and enhance the market competitiveness of modular office storage products.
