This research aims to guide a series of innovative designs from the perspective of collective cognitive memory on maps, sounds of local snacks and virtual realization of models, with characteristic three-dimensional hand-drawn tour maps, to enhance the interaction between people and land in Xi'an Huiminfang cultural tourism, thereby spreading regional culture and strengthening the local identity. Use a three-dimensional cartoon-like hand-drawn map expression method to connect collective memory cognitive maps, traditional shops and snacks with high awareness; in the design of augmented reality applications, the research connects to restore the real sound of local yelling and high awareness of hand-painted maps. Furthremore, the three-dimensional display of stores and snacks and two-dimensional cartoon drawings are used to connect highly-evaluated specialty snacks and textual local shouts to bolster interest and local identity. The cultural and historical district "Xi'an Huiminfang" was used as the research object to establish the cognition, memory extraction, value combing, the plane and space generation of cognitive maps, the application of hand-painted tour maps, and the matching and matching of cultural values of snacks. Design method of evaluation. The research on the interaction between the historical and cultural blocks with regional characteristics and tourists is a breakthrough point in the study of "local" reuse in the process of urban transformation. The focus on culture should be shifted to the relationship between man and land. More importantly, the difference in temporal and spatial positioning of historical and cultural heritage and the extended value are the power of the future evolution of cultural blocks, which is manifested in the urgent need for sites to turn to places.
