This paper aims to study the sustainable development strategy and path of the integration of cultural and tourism in China's marine cities, and promote our country to further develop into a maritime power and a cultural power. Through summary of the necessity and purpose of the integrated development of cultural and tourism in marine cities, this paper analyzes some of the difficulties in the integrated development of cultural and tourism in marine cities in China, use literature research and typical case analysis to analyze the strategic planning of the integrated development of cultural and tourism in marine cities in South Korea, and learn from its development experience to find out the strategic path and sustainable development strategy suitable for the integration of cultural and tourism in China's marine cities. To advance the sustainable development of cultural tourism integration in China's marine cities, we should reasonably plan the cultural tourism resources of marine cities, promote the integration of China's marine cities and regional cultures, and deepen the sustainable development of marine culture; further enhance the international influence of China's marine cities, and build the cultural brand of China's marine tourism cities; expand the investment and publicity of tourism development in marine cities, and strengthen international cultural tourism exchanges and cooperation.
