Modeling Design of Fishing Machinery Equipment Based on Shape Grammar

Abstract

To better balance the aesthetic and functionality of fishing machinery equipment. A design process that combines shape grammar and multiple constraints in product form design is proposed. Based on shape grammar, by transforming constraints into quantitative indicators, grammatical rules are determined based on perceptual constraints and material constraints, and then combined with parameterized deduction to determine the plan and optimize the design. Finally, the feasibility verification is carried out by combining the design practice of intelligent baiting ship in crab culture pond. Through practical verification, it can be obtained that the shape of the bait-dropping boat conforms to the style image positioning and is easy to use and practical in terms of functional use. This design process can reduce the deviation between the conceptual design and the final product in the initial stage, minimize the repeated design, thereby shorten the development cycle, reduce the cost, and improve the market competitiveness. At the same time, it can also provide guidance for effective design of fishing machinery equipment.
