Abstract

This research aims to integrate digital services into the treatment process of elderly patients, establish an aging treatment waiting service system, and optimize the software process in the development and design of app. According to ERG theory, the demand points of elderly patients in the process of waiting for treatment were classified and divided. Furthermore, The research surveys the target users, integrates analysis results into the service design theory, puts forward systematic solutions to guide the hospital treatment process and user demand pain points involved in software development, and develops app interface design based on interaction design principles. A waiting service system centered on elderly patients is constructed to help improve their self-efficacy in the waiting process. In addition, the research improves the design strategy of aging friendly waiting service app based on product use mode level, providing new ideas for aging friendly and digital product research and development. The final output of APP design examples promotes the improvement of social participation of elderly groups, encourages elderly patients to see a doctor without additional care, and helps them more easily enjoy the dividends brought by the information age.
