Abstract
In order to meet the potential needs of the users, the problem of the insufficient safety performance of the existing luggage is solved while ensuring the practicability of the luggage, and the improved scheme is designed in combination with TRIZ. In this paper, the TRIZ theory was introduced to analyze the contradictions and conflicts in the luggage system, and the conflicts were transformed into common engineering parameters. Then, the problems were solved by matrix analysis and searching for standard solutions, and the optimal scheme was determined by selecting the innovative invention principle. The innovative design scheme of the safety device can guarantee the overall safety of the suitcase and does not need to be guarded for the time being, and it has a convenient operation function at the same time. Through the combination of TRIZ theory and suitcase improvement design, the author analyzed many pairs of contradictions and conflicts in the suitcase system, and put forward an improvement scheme to solve them. At the same time, the suitcase safety device with optimized design has simple production process and high practical function, which improves the usage elasticityof the suitcase.
