Abstract

Objective Through the design coupling of Tushiyetu palace embroidery skills and Fashion brand clothing, the artistic expression of Tushiyetu palace embroidery fits the modern aesthetic context, and builds a new innovative development pattern of Tushiyetu palace embroidery. Methods On the bases of literature analysis and field investigation, the artistic features of Tushiyetu palace embroidery were classified and analyzed. By means of market research, literature analysis and other methods, the characteristics and principles of fashion design are integrated with the Tushiyetu palace embroidery, and the design is coupled. Results Through three kinds of embroidery fashion schemes of Tushiyetu palace, "auspicious sign Phoenix", "Happiness appears on the eyebrows" and "be adept with both the pen and the sword", a new form of embroidery with both traditional craft and modern aesthetics was formed, and an innovative design process was constructed. Conclusion By design coupling of the artistic features of Tushiyetu palace embroidery with fashion dress, this paper explores the new situation of traditional embroidery skills in modern fashion dress culture, and realizes the combination of traditional handicrafts and fashion culture, thus providing a new path for the development of Mongolian traditional embroidery skills and contributing to the revitalization of traditional crafts in China.
