With the constant application of digital technology in the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage, the research focusing on intangible cultural heritage has been transferred from traditional static preservation to dynamic and creative development and dissemination. Under the policies for protecting intangible cultural heritage, "5G + Internet" has a strong relation with cultural and creative industry. Therefore, cultural and creative product designs inheriting ethic culture spring up quickly and provide effective new approaches to protect intangible cultural heritage. Using the methods of literature review, gene extraction, field investigation and Questionnaire analysis, from the perspective of user experience design, refine the outstanding characteristics of Lingnan lion dance in terms of modeling factors, color factors and moral factors, build a digital cultural and creative platform, put forward the digital cultural and creative design strategy of Lingnan lion dance, and spread the regional culture and scientific and educational knowledge in a shared and emotional way. The spiritual core of lion dance culture is collaboration with realistic culture and mass culture, which makes the lion dance culture a living inheritance. The diversity of forms of intangible culture has fulfilled the cultural mission of the new era of Chinese traditional lion dance culture and enriched the content of China's intangible cultural heritage projects.
