Abstract
Postpartum shaping is related to the physical and psychological health of postpartum women, and affects the reproductive willingness of women of child-bearing age. The work aims to explore a design method to analyze, classify and sort the emotional needs of users, and guide the design of postpartum shaping products to effectively solve the physical and mental problems of postpartum women. On the basis of fully investigating the emotional needs of postpartum women, through the three levels of instinct, behavior and reflection in the emotional design theory, a user demand model of postpartum shaping products was analyzed and established. Then the KANO model was used to verify the data and sort the functions of the established emotional demand model, and design the product model according to the analysis results. Finally, the design effect was tested by the Likert 5-point scale. The design method of analyzing, classifying and sorting the emotional needs of users with the emotional-KANO model can accurately and quickly discover the real emotional needs of users, and provide direction guidance and data support for the design of postpartum shaping products.
