Abstract

The work aims to explore the differentiated service strategies and design methods of study tours in primary and secondary schools based on the qualitative and quantitative research paradigms. Aiming at the homogenization problem of study tour products in China, the research method of grounded theory was adopted to establish two categories of "Service Strategy Differentiation" and "Service Design Differentiation" on the basis of the four elements of theme, curriculum, process and mode through in-depth user interviews and three-level decoding steps, and the design model of "Systematic Difference in Study Tour Service" was finally constructed. Questionnaire surveys and statistical methods were used to verify the identification and accuracy of the four elements in the model. Then, the study tour service about the ICH project of Blue Dyeing named "BLUE LAB Study Tour Service itative research and grounded theory can effectively help designers to design a service with greater differentiation characteristics. The two quantitative researches and data statistical analysis of the four elements in the design model and conceptual design scheme further demonstrate the reliability and effectiveness of the model, which can provide certain reference and assistance for the innovative development of study tours in China.
