Abstract

The work aims to strengthen the correlation between various models of high-speed trains in China, improve the pedigree construction, enhance the product recognition, consolidate the brand building, supplement the shape prediction method of new models, and save R&D, manufacturing, and operation and maintenance cost. With the Japanese Shinkansen train head shape as the research object, the pedigree of 16 head shapes to date was sorted out according to cluster statistics. Based on the comprehensive modeling analysis, pedigree characteristic regions of four head shapes and the control variables of the pedigree characteristics in each region were divided. Linear interpolation was used to establish a multi-objective shape prediction model of train head pedigree features. By constructing the characteristic prediction and shape generation method of high-speed train head pedigree, a multi-objective prediction scheme generation system for high-speed train head pedigree design integrating "extraction-prediction-generation" was formed. The method of collaborative performance and shape design provides new ideas for the shape design of Chinese high-speed trains, and helps the high-speed train head shape pedigree construction in China.
