Abstract

The work aims to explore the design strategy of innovative community service systems to meet residents' needs of intelligent, diversified and personalized community service in the context of promoting the construction of all age friendly cities. Under the guide of the PSS theory, PSPL was used to observe and analyze the space quality of service facilities and the behaviors of residents using service facilities in the target community. Then, the SAPAD model was used to analyze residents' behaviors. The primary meaning cluster was obtained after clustering analysis of each meaning level. The AHP method was finally introduced to ascertain and arrange the weights of primary meaning clusters to conclude the core meaning clusters. Based on the core meaning cluster, the meaning object remapping was achieved. This mapping extracted the core needs of residents from a scientific and quantitative perspective and guides the construction of a community intelligent supply station service system. The comprehensive application of PSPL-SAPAD-AHP method is conducive to deeply understanding the context of the service system, exploring the significance behind residents' behaviors, accurately mapping residents' needs, and providing new ideas for the design of other community service models and the construction of all age friendly cities.
