Abstract
The work aims to sort out the materials and objects of longevity decoration elements in the rolling sleeves of the Qing Dynasty, so as to inherit and develop the traditional Chinese dress culture. With the real objects of the rolling sleeve collections of the Qing Dynasty exhibited in Soochow University Museum and Hangzhou Museum of Arts and Crafts as research samples, combined with the literature research method and image analysis method, the Shou character pattern and Shou meaning pattern in the longevity decoration elements were respectively demonstrated, the form and construction mode were analyzed, and the cultural connotation of the longevity decoration elements was explored. The element of longevity decoration in the rolling sleeves of the Qing Dynasty is the carrier of people's lyrical design, and the product of auspicious patterns and culture, which is conducive to the spread of longevity culture. The construction of longevity decoration elements in the rolling sleeves of the Qing Dynasty is interesting and diversified, and the form, content and culture of the pattern are cleverly integrated. The connotation of longevity culture in the rolling sleeves is a manifestation of the Chinese people's kinship, which has a good social effect, is conducive to carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and has a positive role in promoting the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics advocated today.
