Abstract

With XPENG X2 as an example, the work aims to discuss the overall design practice of key hardware and system in passenger safety-oriented flying car. By analyzing the current design standards, supporting policies and user requirements of flying cars, the product positioning and design outline for passenger safety were formed. The research of key components such as high-safety overall structure design, parachute safety equipment and high-reliability flight control system was carried out, and the basic theoretical system and design practice scheme of each component were formed. Through the analysis and evaluation of all aspects in the overall design of flying cars, a new idea is provided for the deep integration and collaborative innovation of the overall design of flying cars based on passenger safety in industrial modeling design, engineering structure and system design.
