Abstract

The work aims to summarize the development of vehicle information interaction system and its complexity management, and put forward multiple design strategies to guide the design of vehicle information interaction system. Vosviewer was used to search the literature and sort out the current research hotspots in the field of vehicle information interaction. The complexity evolution of traditional vehicle information interaction systems was summarized by literature review. Finally, the design strategy of Design X was adopted to analyze the task complexity and interaction complexity of the vehicle information interaction system in the era of digital intelligence from the perspectives of users, systems and information. Based on Design X, the multiple design strategies for managing the complexity of the vehicle information interaction system are studied from the perspectives of user group analysis, vehicle information optimization, and intelligent transportation system construction, which provides reference for the subsequent design of vehicle information interaction.
