The work aims to create a set of service system through service design concepts and methods in the context of the development dilemma of intangible cultural handicrafts, and construct a more open platform for the revitalization of intangible cultural handicrafts on the basis of the existing intangible cultural heritage APP products on the market, which are limited to popular science propaganda and digital protection, so as to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage culture and living inheritance. The key issues of the development dilemma of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts were investigated and analyzed, and the feasibility of the revitalization platform construction on the basis of the practice of the previous intangible cultural heritage handicrafts workshop was further demonstrated. Through user interviews, a persona model was constructed to categorize the three main users:intangible cultural heritage craftsmen, designers and consumers. By analyzing the needs of all stakeholders, a complete service system was constructed from a global perspective, the service blueprint was planed and designed in an integrated way, and the prototype design of the APP of the intangible cultural heritage handicrafts revitalization platform was constructed. Based on the above achievements, the prototype design of the intangible cultural heritage handicraft revitalization platform APP was constructed. It is required to empower intangible cultural heritage handicrafts with design, and stimulate the development of intangible cultural heritage industry through the power of consumption, and build a bridge between all the participants with the concept of planning and co-creation with a global vision, so as to promote the development of intangible cultural heritage to be more dynamic, and provide new ideas and theoretical references for the future development mode of intangible cultural heritage handicrafts inheritance.
