Abstract
The work aims to study the relevant elements and formation mechanisms in the user experience generation process of theme parks, and discuss the improvement methods of theme park services through the exploration of the online content information of theme parks. With the reviews of Shanghai Disneyland in the past three years as data samples, based on the research method of online reviews, and from the theoretical perspective of the three levels of user experience design, Python software was used to crawl the review data, and a word frequency analysis was used first and then the three-level coding process with the grounded theory was used to further process the data. Starting from the three dimensions of intuitive layer perception, interaction layer perception and reflection layer perception, the relationship between the three levels affecting the user experience of theme parks was analyzed, among which reflection layer perception, interactive layer perception and intuitive layer perception were the primary, critical and secondary influencing factors, respectively. From the three levels of user experience, the sub-factors influencing the user experience of theme parks are sorted out, the influencing factor model of theme park user experience is constructed, and the logical relationship and influence mechanism between the factors are analyzed.
