Current Situation of Intelligent Packaging Design Based on Children's Medicine Safety

Abstract

In view of the current situation of the lack of safe design and the extensive production of children's medicine packaging, the work aims to improve the function of children's medicine safety by intelligent packaging technology, so as to provide a new idea and method for the intelligent and high quality development of children's medicine packaging. Starting from the use process of children's medicine, a series of behaviors of parents and children were disassembled and potential safety risks were extracted to explore the design and implementation of safety functions of intelligent packaging of children's medicine. By analyzing the main safety pain points in the packaging of ibuprofen suspension, which is a common medicine for children, a safety intelligent packaging improvement scheme based on precise liquid separation was proposed. At present, the high quality development of children's medicine packaging can be oriented by safety needs. The behavioral psychology of parents and children can be disassembled and specific safety needs can be extracted, and then the current safety function design can be improved with the help of intelligent packaging technology, so as to better protect the physical and mental health of children.
