Abstract

The work aims to explore the design strategies of brain science-informed educational products for children. By conducting an in-depth study of the educational toy market and the design characteristics of toys for different stages of children, key elements such as fun, interactivity, educational value, innovation, and safety were summarized. Child development psychology was used as the theoretical basis for the design of educational products for children. Combined with principles of brain science, the innovative design strategies were formulated. Special attention was paid to using brain science theories to analyze the cognitive characteristics of children, thereby providing more targeted and effective design solutions. Through a deep understanding of the developmental patterns of children's brains and drawing on the cognitive features revealed by brain mapping, cutting-edge strategies for the design of educational products for children are developed to improve children's cognitive ability, which has a profound impact and practical value in promoting innovation of educational product design.
