Abstract

Aiming at the problems of women's lipstick packaging in China, the work aims to propose a lipstick outer packaging design path integrating Kano-AHP-TOPSIS model. Firstly, with lipstick packaging as the research object, the sixteen user needs of lipstick packaging were obtained through multi-channel research on female consumers, and the Kano model was used to classify their attributes. Secondly, the AHP method was introduced to construct a hierarchical analysis model of user needs, the weights of the requirements at each level were solved through arithmetic operations and three design schemes for lipstick packaging were put forward accordingly. Finally, the TOPSIS method was used to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the three design schemes and the evaluation samples. The results showed that the three lipstick packaging design schemes based on Kano-AHP-TOPSISI were superior to the existing lipstick packaging design. The integrated Kano-AHP-TOPSIS model can reasonably classify the user need attributes, scientifically solve the weights under each attribute need, and objectively evaluate the design scheme in the process of women's lipstick packaging research and development, showing that this design path is feasible to guide the women's lipstick packaging design, and can provide a reference idea for the same kind of women's cosmetic packaging design.
