Abstract
The work aims to make public facilities not only meet the user's use and aesthetic needs, but also have cultural and regional characteristics. The KJ method was used to find out the causal relationship between the factors influencing the user experience, and then the causal relationship of these factors was transformed into a matrix by vector, and the reachable matrix was obtained by Boolean operation. According to the priority relationship of matrix coordinates, the most influencing factor was low recognition and then it was used as the entry point for the optimization design to introduce regional culture. After that, the regional culture of Guandong Dong Village was analyzed, and the architecture and clothing culture were selected for practice, and their shapes, patterns and colors were simplified and extracted, and then the lamps, indicator signs, tables and chairs were used as the design objects, which were directly, indirectly or innovatively applied to the design practice, and finally the optimized public facilities design scheme was obtained. The combination of regional culture and public facility design not only improves the regional characteristics and cultural connotation of the facilities, but also promotes the protection and innovation of the traditional Guandong Dong Village to a certain extent, and provides possible ideas for the optimization of public facilities in other places.
