The work aims to address the issue of low participation of service organizations in elderly care and the negative practicality of intelligent interactive products among the elderly, resulting in low quality of elderly care. Based on the analysis of the current situation of community home-based care services and the development and characteristics of group intelligence innovation, the process of group intelligence innovation in elderly care service design was analyzed and a new user-based organization of elderly care services in the era of group intelligence innovation was proposed. Based on the principle of KANO model, the group user analysis of elderly care service need projects was carried out, and the analysis data results were prioritized. Thus, the real needs of elderly user groups for elderly care service design were obtained.A user-centered community home-based elderly care service design framework was constructed, and the intelligent interactive interface was designed combined with the service design tool. The evaluation of interactive design interface shows that the elderly are highly satisfied with the new elderly care model. The new model of elderly care service is different from the traditional elderly care model. It complies with the development needs of big data, Internet, cloud platform and other technologies in today's era of group intelligence innovation, improves the satisfaction of elderly care service and achieves the optimal effect of elderly care service quality.
