The work aims to take the traditional Sichuan intangible cultural heritage Baqu Nursery Rhymes as the research object to explore the methods and paths of two-way combination of local cultural tourism resources and Baqu Nursery Rhymes digital illustrated books, so as to make use of audio-visual experience, game interaction, and network dissemination advantages of the Baqu Nursery Rhymes digital illustrated books to play a wider role in promoting and publicizing the local cultural tourism resources. The historical lineage and political and cultural significance of "Baqu Nursery Rhymes" were sorted out by the literature survey method. With "Baqu" as the regional scope, the literature survey method and field survey method were combined to investigate and study the local cultural and tourism related resources, and to combine the Baqu Nursery Rhymes with the local culture and tourism resources. By integrating the Baqu Nursery Rhymes with the local cultural and tourism resources, the work strove to construct a new form of digital transmission and dissemination of Sichuan intangible cultural heritage Baqu Nursery Rhymes, and make clarification with empirical cases. Based on the above method, the new mode of digital transformation and dissemination of Baqu Nursery Rhymes was explored by taking Baqu Nursery Rhymes and the cultural tourism-related resources of Baqu region as the main research subjects, and the theory was used to guide the practice, thus making a better breakthrough in the digital inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage and multiple forms of dissemination based on combination of local culture and tourism. The practice of digital transformation and redesign for the integration of Sichuan intangible cultural heritage Baqu Nursery Rhymes and local cultural tourism shows that the digital illustrated book of Sichuan intangible cultural heritage Baqu Nursery Rhymes can be effectively combined with the local cultural tourism resources in the aspects of visual, auditory, interactive dissemination as well as the peripheral derivatives. Therefore, digital picture book as an innovative carrier opens up new ways and possibilities for promoting the inheritance and innovation of intangible cultural heritage, enriching the connotation of regional culture and tourism, and expanding the dissemination of regional culture and tourism.
