Abstract

The work aims to explore the innovative application of Western Xia cultural elements in contemporary digital technology to enhance user interaction experiences, establish a new digital dissemination system for traditional culture, and design innovative interactive display processes. Deep learning techniques were employed to extract visual elements of Western Xia tradition, Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) technology was adopted to process data and train a LoRA model aligning with the characteristics of Western Xia culture to generate new materials. These materials were integrated into the digital human design of the Great Buddha Temple, creating a highly realistic digital human interaction device based on real-time 3D rendering. Additionally, the pipeline of AIGC applied to traditional cultural digital IP production was organized and improved. New materials containing patterns, clothing, accessories, etc., were generated successfully and integrated into digital human design. Combined with DeepFake technology, a digital human interaction device was created. A new method is proposed for preserving and disseminating traditional culture, guiding traditional digital cultural IP design, evoking cultural resonance among different age groups, and providing an effective path for the digital inheritance and dissemination of traditional culture. By generating new materials and innovative interactive devices, user interaction experiences are significantly enhanced, demonstrating the immense potential and value of AIGC technology in innovative applications of traditional culture.
