The work aims to systematically review the latest innovations and cutting-edge technologies in the field of digital healthcare for knee osteoarthritis (KOA) management, and examine how these advancements enhance patient rehabilitation outcomes, treatment experiences, and the precision of personalized care throughout the entire disease course. Through a systematic literature review, the application of digital technologies at different stages of KOA management, including screening, treatment, and rehabilitation, was analyzed, with a focus on digital tools, platforms, and design methods. The specific application forms of these technologies in different medical scenarios were compared. The review identified the application value of these technologies in early risk assessment, personalized interventions, and real-time monitoring during rehabilitation, while also highlighting current challenges and future trends in digital healthcare research. Digital innovation in entire course management of knee osteoarthritis, especially the integration of intelligent algorithms, the expansion of digital community rehabilitation, and the advancement of interdisciplinary collaboration models significantly, improves KOA patient care.
