Abstract

The work aims to promote the printing industry towards a more environmentally friendly and efficient direction, and improve the ease of printing equipment and visual identification. By referring to the model of Kano and FAST(Function Analysis System Technique) in the early application demand analysis of corrugated laser printing equipment design, the basic requirements of users were obtained through the method of questionnaire and divided into several sub-types. Then the two-dimensional functional attribute model of Kano was established. The function tree established by the FAST method could assist the use of the Kano model, so as to more accurately analyze user needs and better optimize the design according to their needs. By comprehensive application of design principles, the problems of corrugated paper laser printing equipment in shape recognition, ease of operation and production safety were dug out, and then the better solution was output. The reference of this design method helps to provide a reference for the design of the same type of printing equipment, and attracts the attention of more relevant manufacturers, and promotes the development of the printing industry to a high quality and more environmentally friendly direction.
