Abstract

The work aims to construct a scientific and effective multimodal interactive packaging evaluation model, mine its evaluation laws and trends, and combine corresponding evaluation methods and data analysis means to better provide scientific basis and guidance for packaging design, so as to enhance the user experience. Questionnaire survey, hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to form a systematic hierarchical weight vector and establish an affiliation matrix from the three major characteristics of users' perception, behavior and emotion of packaging products, so as to gradually improve the construction of the evaluation system for packaging design. In conclusion, through the analysis and interpretation of this evaluation model, the differences in the evaluation of packaging design by different user groups are analyzed from levels of technological need and innovation, user need and personalized design, and the concept of sustainable development. The key factors affecting user satisfaction are got, providing theoretical references for the multimodal interaction design of packaging.
