Abstract

The work aims to explore a product design method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), so as to develop the design of intangible heritage experience product with Shanxi intangible heritage "Lihouhu", the folk handicraft as the background. Through the cultural background of the evolution of "Lihouhu" and culture-oriented experience design, a research framework based on FAHP/QFD was established. Firstly, the consumer demand was analyzed to determine the design criteria and indicators, and then the judgment matrix of criteria layer and indicator layer and the weight of indicators were constructed through FAHP. Subsequently, the QFD method translated consumer demands into design specifications, and a relationship matrix between consumer demands and design requirements was established. According to the design requirements, SWOT analysis was constructed to guide the design practice. The integration of FAHP and QFD provides scientific decision-making support for the design of the "Lihouhu" lamp, ensuring the usability, experience and culture of the product. The method can effectively incorporate intangible heritage elements into product design while meeting modern consumer demands, offering a new path for the dissemination and application of intangible cultural heritage.
