Abstract

In order to optimize the skiing experience of skiing enthusiasts, with the smart ski helmet as the carrier, the work aims to propose the innovative design method and design process based on SAPAD-TFAHP-FBS and design a smart ski helmet. Firstly, the product construction under semiotic path (SAPAD) model was used to analyze user behaviors and map products and meanings with user behaviors to derive user requirements. Secondly, the Triangle Fuzzy Hierarchy Process (TFAHP) was used to calculate and rank the weights of the above requirements, and to clarify the priority and weight of each requirement. Finally, the structural framework of the smart ski helmet was constructed through the "Function-Behavior-Structure" mapping of the FBS (Function-Behavior-Structure) model, and the design of the smart ski helmet was finally completed based on this framework. The smart ski helmet designed by SAPAD-TFAHP-FBS method was effectively improved in terms of user experience, functional innovation and intelligence. To a certain extent, the research method can make up for the lack of user behavior research in the design of existing ski equipment and solve the problem of inaccurate grasp of design requirements and provide design reference and theoretical reference for skiing related products.
