Abstract
The work aims to analyze user needs based on the KANO-AHP model and flow theory, and derive an interactive design model that promotes flow experience so as provide a better interactive experience for immersive shopping APPs. By conducting user research and interviews, the user's focused experience needs were obtained. Based on the characteristics of the flow experience, the needs were sorted and classified as interactive flow experience needs for immersive shopping APPs; Based on the KANO model, the needs were classified into three attributes:basic, essential, and expected, and the flow experience need was selected; By constructing an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model based on KANO results, inviting experts to rate and calculate the weight values and comprehensive ranking of each requirement, and completing consistency testing, a final design model was constructed based on element weights. The results of the study identified a total of 12 core flow experience interaction needs and corresponding design strategies for the basic, expected, and excited types of immersive shopping APPs. In conclusion, a research method combining KANO, AHP models, and flow theory is adopted to explore interaction design strategies that promote user's immersive shopping experience. Based on this, a flow experience interaction design model is constructed, and the design scheme is optimized, providing a certain design reference and theoretical basis for the interaction experience optimization of subsequent shopping APPs.
